We specialize in pop culture collectibles including action figures, Blu-rays, DVDs, board games, plush toys, and vinyl collectibles. We strive to accurately display our products, including their colors and details. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be accurate.

2.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products we offer and to discontinue any product at any time. If a product is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and refund any payments for that product.

2.3 Pricing Information

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Despite our best efforts, occasional pricing errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgement and not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will occur when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched.

3.2 Payment Methods

By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

3.3 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipping. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled as we begin processing immediately to ensure prompt delivery.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you and cancel your order.

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95, shipped via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

4.3 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some delays may occur during holidays or peak seasons.

4.4 Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the collectible nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

• Any sealed media products (Blu-rays, DVDs)
• Opened items (unless defective/damaged)
• Special orders or limited edition items marked “final sale”
• Items not in original condition or packaging

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number, product name, reason for return, and preference for exchange or refund
2. Wait for our instructions and Return Authorization Number
3. Package the item with all original packaging and materials, including the Return Authorization Number clearly visible
4. Ship the item to the address we provide

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5.5 Exchanges

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return. If the replacement costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference. Standard shipping rates apply for replacement shipments.

5.6 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
