At Cinedisc, we’re passionate about pop culture just like you, and we want every item in your collection to be perfect. While we take great care in packaging and shipping your collectibles, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we’ve created this straightforward Returns & Exchanges policy to ensure you can shop with confidence.
Our Policy At A Glance
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your items
- Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Non-returnable: Sealed media (Blu-rays, DVDs), opened items, and special orders
- Refund Method: Original payment method (processed within 5-7 business days)
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Request Authorization
Before sending anything back, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Product name and reason for return
- Whether you prefer exchange or refund
Step 2: Wait for Instructions
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and specific shipping instructions. Returns without this authorization cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Please include:
- All original packaging and materials
- The original packing slip or invoice
- Your Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of receipt), we’ll process your exchange or refund.

Refund Information
Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return.
Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- If the replacement costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for replacement shipments
Non-Returnable Items
To protect the collectible value for all enthusiasts, we cannot accept returns on:
- Any sealed media products (Blu-rays, DVDs)
- Opened items (unless defective/damaged)
- Special orders or limited edition items marked “final sale”
- Items not in original condition or packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
