We’re your one-stop shop for all things film, TV, and pop culture!

Are your Blu-rays and DVDs region-free?

Most of our Blu-rays and DVDs are region-free, but we recommend checking the product description for specific region information. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Do you sell limited edition or exclusive items?

Yes! We often stock limited edition Pop Vinyls and other exclusive collectibles. Keep an eye on our website for new arrivals and special editions.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship globally from our Melbourne base! However, due to logistical constraints, we exclude some Asian regions and remote areas. You can check if your location is eligible during checkout.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer two convenient options:
Standard Shipping: A flat fee of $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 10-15 days after dispatch.
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 days after dispatch.

How long does order processing take?

Our team processes orders within 1-2 business days. This includes quality checks and secure packaging to ensure your collectibles arrive in perfect condition.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

What payment methods do you accept?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
